I have to say that Minkov Brothers estate is my new favourite. I recently tried their rose Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah and I totally fell in love with it! Fresh, fruity and a bit bitter taste with a splendid red colour, which is very charming and attractive. Well balanced taste, rich tannins and a taste of berries and other summer fruits. A recommendation for the wine and the winery!
